Surrey's Local Resilience Forum
The SLRF coordinates the response of Surrey's emergency services, health authorities, and local authorities to major incidents.
Membership consists of the Chief Constable of Surrey Police, the Chief Executive of Surrey County Council, the Chief Fire Officer, the Chief Executive of Surrey Ambulance Service, a representative Chief Executive of the Primary Health Care Trusts, a representative of Surrey Borough and District Chief Executives and senior representatives from Hospital Trusts, the Armed Services, the Environment Agency and the Government Office for the South East (GOSE).
The SLRF agencies are involved in joint emergency planning, training and exercises.

Nationally, the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College provides training from their Easingwold training facility.
